SIZE / DEPTH: Length - 2.6 kilometres Width - 0.5 kilometres Shoreline Perimeter - 1.1 kilometres Maximum Depth - 34.1 metres QUALITY: In general the water quality in Mosque Lake is good. The Provincial Water Quality Objective for Total Phosphorus for Mosque Lake is 10 micrograms per litre. The mean for the euphotic zone (penetration of light) for 2000 is 16.6 micrograms per litre, indicating a moderately enriched or mesotrophic lake. Chlorophyll a is a measure of the density in the lake. The average chlorophyll a densities for 2000 was 1.51 micrograms per litre indicating a low algal density for Mosque Lake.
